These Terms and Conditions shall be considered as a part of the main Contract between the Client and the Offering Provider.

The Client hereby agrees to the following technical terms and conditions.

تعتبر هذه الشروط والأحكام جزءًا من العقد الرئيسي بين العميل ومقدم العرض.

يوافق العميل بموجبه على الشروط والأحكام التالية.

1. Any tanks Repairing, MEP, painting / coating works.
2. Emptying the tanks.
3. Pipeline disinfection.
4. Any water test (Legionella or Microbiological)(however, is required, it will be charged separately).

iii. يوافق العميل ويقر بأن مسؤوليته تشمل ضمان تنظيف خزانات المياه في مواقع المتاجر عند أدنى مستوى للمياه قبل التنظيف، يجب على العميل التأكد من أن خزانات المياه التي تحتاج إلى التنظيف يتم الحفاظ على أدنى مستوى ممكن للمياه لتنفيذ العرض المتفق عليه.

vii. يوافق العميل ويقر بأن التلوث (Legionella أو Microbiological) يتطلب معالجة بالصدمات بواسطة محلول الكلور الفائق التي يمكن تقديمه كعرض منفصل.

viii. لن يكون مقدم العرض مسؤولاً إذا كان محلول الكلور الموصوف بتركيز 2 جزء في المليون يتفاعل مع شبكة أنابيب وأنابيب العميل.

ix. ما لم ما لم يصرح على خلاف ذلك في هذه الاتفاقية على خلاف ذلك في هذه الاتفاقية، لن يكون مقدم العرض مسؤولاً عن إجراء اختبارات المياه نيابة عن العميل.

i. The Provision of Offering(s)for Cleaning shall not cover electrical and mechanical components maintenance.

1. Cleaning the agreed Scope Of Work (Hood, exhaust ducting to extraction Fan) where physically and practically possible.
2. Cleaning kitchen Hood baffles.
3. Cleaning Filter Box Unit and the washable filters.

1. Any Electrical or Mechanical maintenance, duct repair works.
2. Replacement of Flexible duct (however, if changing is required, it will be charged separately).
3. Filters or Fan belt Replacement (however, if changing is required, it will be charged separately).
4. Opening ceiling (gypsum board) Access in case not available. (however, if it is required, it will be charged separately).
5. It is the responsibility of the Client to provide required access for Offering Provision. Incase while opening access, a duct type hard steel or stainless steel is required from the Offering provider, it shall be charged separately.
6. In the event of any access is required to be made in the Duct for cleaning, offering provider it shall be charged separately.
7. Cleaning of non-washable filters (carbon filters, HEPA filter, Paper filter, bag filters, etc.) These items needs to be replaced when saturated / blocked.
8. The parties agree that any replacements to any Offering(s) shall be charged additionally and separately.
9. Where a Duct load test or any other third party certification is required, it shall be the sole responsibility of the client to obtain the same.

1. Duct cleaning by using rotating brush.
2. Grill & Diffuser Cleaning.
3. Blower & Cooling Coil cleaning (provided required).

1. Any Electrical or Mechanical maintenance, duct repair works.
2. Replacement of Flexible duct (however, if changing is required, it will be charged separately).
3. Opening access in hard steel or Stainless steel duct (however, if it is required,it will be charged separately).
4. Opening ceiling (gypsum board) Access in case not available. (however, if it is required, it will be charged separately)
5. Cleaning of non-washable filters (carbon filters, HEPA filter, Paper filter, bag filters, etc). These need to be replaced when saturated / blocked. Any replacements to any shall be charged additionally and separately.
6. Filters or Fan belt Replacement (however, if changing is required, it will be charge separately)
7. Replacement of Internal / External Acoustic Insulation (however, if changing is required, it will be charge separately).
8. Outdoor Unit cleaning, Maintenance, Gas charging (however, if it is required, it will be charged separately).
9. Cavity space cleaning (however, if it is required, it will be charge separately).
10. 3rd Party IAQ Lab tests (however, if it is required, it will be charge separately).

1. electrical Power Supply 220VAC, Water,
2. Waste disposal,
3. Washing area.
4. Except by a mutual written agreement between the Parties, the Provision of Offering(s)shall not include Vertical duct cleaning.
5. It is the responsibility of the Client to provide required access for Provision of Offerings, Offering Provider shall execute cleaning only in areas that are physically accessible within the scheduled Provision of Offering(s)period.
6. Where a Duct load test third party certification is required, it shall be the sole responsibility of the client to obtain same.
7. Except by a mutual written agreement between the Parties, the Provision of Offering(s)shall not include air quality tests.
8. The Client shall approve the Offering Provider’s Kitchen Extraction System Cleaning Method statement.

1. تنظيف الشفاط ، انابيب التهوية و مروحة الشفط حيثما كان ذلك ممكنًا ماديًا وعمليًا.
2. تنظيف شفاط المطبخ.
3. تنظيف وحدة صندوق الفلتر والفلاتر القابلة للغسيل.

1. أي أعمال صيانة كهربائية أو ميكانيكية وإصلاح مجاري الهواء.
2. استبدال الانابيب المرنة (ومع ذلك ، إذا كان التغيير مطلوبًا ، فسيتم تحصيله بشكل منفصل).
3. استبدال الفلاتر أو حزام المروحة (ومع ذلك ، إذا كان التغيير مطلوبًا ، فسيتم تحصيله بشكل منفصل).
4. فتح السقف (اللوح الجبس) و الدخول في حال عدم توفره. (ومع ذلك، إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا ، فسيتم تحصيله بشكل منفصل).
5. تقع على عاتق العميل مسؤولية توفير الوصول الى موقع تقديم العرض. في حالة فتح منفذ دخول، فسيتم توفير مجرى هوائي من فولاذ صلب او فولاذ مقاوم للصدأ من مزود العرض ، ويتحمل العميل عبء التكلفة بشكل منفصل.
6. في حالة لزوم انشاء منفذ للوصول الى الانابين الهوائية للتنظيف من قبل مقدم العرض, يتحمل العميل عبء التكلفة بشكل منفصل.
7. تنظيف الفلاتر غير القابلة للغسيل (فلاتر الكربون ، فلتر HEPA ، فلاتر الورق ، الفلاتر الكيسية ، إلخ.) يجب استبدال هذه العناصر عند تشبعها / انسدادها.
8. يتفق الطرفان على أن أي بدائل لأي عرض يجب أن يتم دفعها بشكل إضافي ومنفصل.
9. في حالة الحاجة إلى اختبار تحمل القناة أو أي شهادة من جهة خارجية أخرى، يجب أن يكون العميل وحده مسؤولاً عن الحصول عليها.

1. تنظيف مجاري الهواء باستخدام فرشاة دوارة.
2. تنظيف فتحات هواء التكييف المركزي بأنواعها.
3. تنظيف المنفاخ وملفائف التبريد (مطلوب).

1. أي أعمال صيانة كهربائية أو ميكانيكية وإصلاح مجاري الهواء.
2. استبدال القناة المرنة (ومع ذلك، إذا كان التغيير مطلوبًا، فسيتم تحصيله بشكل منفصل).
3. فتح منفذ في مجرى في الفولاذ الصلب أو الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ (ومع ذلك، إذا لزم الأمر ، فسيتم شحنه بشكل منفصل).
4. فتح السقف (لوح الجبس) الدخول في حال عدم توفر منفذ (ومع ذلك ، إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا ، فسيتم تحصيله بشكل منفصل).

7. استبدال عازل الصوت الداخلي / الخارجي (ومع ذلك ، إذا كان التغيير مطلوبًا ، فسيتم تحصيله/الدفع بشكل منفصل).
8. تنظيف الوحدة الخارجية ، الصيانة ، تعبئة الغاز (ومع ذلك ، إذا لزم الأمر، فسيتم تحصيله/الدفع بشكل منفصل).
9. تنظيف مكان التجويف (ومع ذلك ، إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا ، فسيتم تحصيله/الدفع بشكل منفصل).
10. اختبارات معمل IAQ للجهات الخارجية (ومع ذلك ، إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا ، فسيتم تحصيله/الدفع بشكل منفصل).

5. تقع على عاتق العميل مسؤولية توفير المنفذ المطلوب لتقديم العرض، ويجب على مقدم العرض تنفيذ التنظيف فقط في المناطق التي يمكن الوصول إليها فعليًا خلال فترة العرض المجدولة.
6. عندما تكون هناك حاجة إلى شهادة طرف ثالث لاختبار تحميل القناة ، يجب أن يتحمل العميل وحده مسؤولية الحصول عليها.
7. ما لم يكن هناك اتفاق مكتوب متبادل بين الطرفين، لا يشمل تقديم العرض اختبارات جودة الهواء.
8. يجب على العميل الموافقة على بيان طريقة تنظيف نظام السحب الهوائي للمطبخ المقدم من مقدم العرض.

1. The Parties agree that any overflow not related to F.O.G shall be charged separately
2. The Client agree that Grease Trap cleaning is limited to vacuuming the grease collected in the Grease Trap unit followed by rinsing the surfaces with water
3. The Client agree that cleaning / clearing / unblocking of pipeline before or after the grease trap unit is not included and can be provided at additional charge.
4. Except by a mutual written agreement between the Parties, the Provision of Offering(s)shall not include Odor control.
5. The Offering Provider shall not be responsible for surrounding area cleaning except where it causes a spillage during the Offering Provision.
6. Provision of Offering(s)will be executed as per company method statement approved by the client.

1. يتفق الطرفان على أن أي فائض لا يتعلق بـ الدهون.الزيوت.الشحوم يجب أن يتحمل العميل عبء الدفع بشكل منفصل.
2. يوافق العميل على أن تنظيف مصيدة الشحوم يقتصر على تفريغ الشحوم المتجمعة في وحدة مصيدة الشحوم ثم شطف الأسطح بالماء.
3. يوافق العميل على عدم شمل خدمة تنظيف / تفريغ / رفع الحظر في خط الأنابيب قبل أو بعد وحدة مصيدة الشحوم ويمكن توفيرها مقابل رسوم إضافية.
4. باستثناء ما يتم التوصل إليه باتفاق مكتوب متبادل بين الطرفين ، يجب ألا يشمل العرض اختبار الروائح.
5. لن يكون مقدم العرض مسؤولاً عن تنظيف المنطقة المحيطة إلا إذا تسبب في حدوث انسكاب أثناء تنفيذ الخدمة.
6. سيتم تنفيذ العرض وفقًا لبيان طريقة الشركة المعتمد من قبل العميل.

1. The Parties agree that any blockage not related to F.O.G shall be charged separately and that odor control is not covered as part of the Offering Provision.
2. The parties agree that the GES dosing pumps installed at client locations is the property of Offering provider. Any unit damaged/misplaced by client shall be charged to the Client and will be added to the total charge.
3. The Client agrees and acknowledges that GES system is to only facilitate the breakdown of FOG and does not guarantee against pipe blockages or Odor control.
4. The Client agrees and acknowledges that the Odor control and Unblocking of pipes shall be provided by Offering Provider at additional charge.

1. يتفق الطرفان على أن أي انسداد لا يتعلق بـ O.G يجب أن يتم تقديمه بشكل منفصل وأن التحكم في الرائحة غير مشمول كجزء من العرض.
2. يتفق الطرفان على أن مضخات الجرعات GES المثبتة في مواقع العميل هي ملك لمقدم العرض. أي وحدة تالفة / في غير مكانها من قبل العميل يتحمل تعويضها العميل وستتم إضافتها إلى إجمالي الرسوم.
3. يوافق العميل ويقر بأن نظام GES يهدف فقط إلى تسهيل تجزيء FOG ولا يضمن عدم انسداد الأنابيب أو التحكم في الرائحة.
4. يوافق العميل ويقر بأن التحكم في الرائحة وفتح الأنابيب يجب أن يتم توفيرهما من قبل مقدم العرض مقابل رسوم إضافية.

1. The offer provision is to apply preventive measures to ensure significant elimination of Pests. Based on our collective experience, technology and frequential procedures will be designed and implemented to ensure the outcome.
2. Our reporting will consist of recommendations to be fulfilled by client to ensure sustained elimination of Pests. Offering Provider does not foresee any pest control problems during our company service, our technicians will immediately respond to client call when required.
3. All pest control operations carried out as per Dubai Sustainable Public Health Pest Control Model approved by Dubai Municipality.

• Crawling Insects: Pests such as Cockroaches and Ants are eliminated efficiently with residual odorless insecticide Spray Treatment, Gel applications and Traps as per requirement.

• Flying Insects: Pests such as Flies and Mosquitos are eliminated efficiently with residual odorless insecticide Spray Treatment, fogging. Use of special larvicides and pheromones will be considered for odorless and fast control of flies and mosquitos.

• Rodent Control: A comprehensive inspection will be conducted to find all possible entry points for rats and mice. All areas of infestation will be treated accordingly and a rodent control solution will be formulated through the use of Chemical repellents and bait stations. All rodent bait stations will be “secured” in a manner acceptable in the pest control industry. All devices will be boldly numbered, and their placement depicted on a map of the facility.

Any other occasional pest invaders that will be encountered will be considered as additional services to this agreement such as:

• Lizards, Snakes and Birds.
• Ants nesting within structure and other wood-destroying organisms
• Free flying insects originating outdoor and mold related insects
• Wild cats and dogs, stray animal: (Municipality fees will be charged separately)
• Pest that primarily feed on outdoor vegetation, agricultural pest
• Plants and animals within an agreed building

iv. Recommendations:

The Offering Providers technicians will provide a set of recommendations upon completion of every service to control and eliminate signs of pests. These may cover cleaning, storage and maintenance of the assets. Offering Provider may terminate the contract if client fails to implement these recommendations in a timely manner.

• The Offering Provider is committed to providing products & services that will fully meet the client’s requirements.
• The Offerings will comply with all applicable laws & regulations set out by the regional authorities.
• The Offering Provider will follow the principles of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) & comply with the code of ethics as per national pest management services.
• The Offering Provider will ensure complete control of our processes and records are carried out for all work undertaken including, where appropriate, measuring performance against specified quality, environmental or health and safety objectives.
• The Offering Provider will provide the MSDS and local regulatory approvals of all chemicals used in our services.

• The Offering provider will assure to suppress all pests during the tenure of the contract.
• In the event of fresh signs of pests during the tenure of contract, the Client must notify the Offering Provider who will carry out the necessary services. If these instances are due to not having implemented recommendations of Offering Provider can lead to extra charges for the additional services.
• Any damage to existing Client assets due to lack of information provided by Client will be at the expense of the Client.

• In the event of any scheduled visits being postponed for reasons attributable to client or due to non-payment, and the next scheduled visit is already due, the Offering Provider will consider the postponed visit as done or completed.

• The Offering Provider will install pest control equipment at client premises to achieve sustainable and effective elimination of pests. Any damage to this equipment will be charged to client as per the Offering Provider’s standard price list.

• The Offering Provider will not be accountable to cover any failed visits due to outstanding payment issues. In addition, the Client is entailed to settle the remaining balance prior to continuing the visits.

1. يتمثل دور مقدم الخدمة في تطبيق تدابير وقائية لضمان القضاء بشكل كبير على الحشرات و الآفات. واستنادا إلى خبرتنا الجماعية، سيتم تصميم وتنفيذ التكنولوجيا و الإجراءات بتردد مناسب لضمان النتيجة.
2. ستحتوي تقاريرنا على توصيات على العميل أن ينفذها لضمان القضاء المستدام على الحشرات و الآفات. لا يتوقع مقدم الخدمة أية مشاكل أثناء تنفيذ الخدمة ، وسوف يستجيب الفنيون لدينا على الفور لمكالمة العميل عند الحاجة.
3. جميع عمليات مكافحة الحشرات و الآفات تتم وفقا لنموذج مكافحة الحشرات و الآفات المعتمدة من دائرة الصحة العامة المستدامة في بلدية دبي.

سيتم ترقيم جميع الأجهزة بشكل واضح ، وسيتم توضيح موقعها على خريطة المنشأة.

سيتم مكافحة أي حشرات أو آفات عرضية أخرى كخدمات إضافية لهذه الاتفاقية مثل:

• السحالي والثعابين والطيور.
• النمل – الارضة التي تدمر الخشب
• الحشرات الطائرة الحرة التي تنشأ في الهواء الطلق والحشرات ذات الصلة.
• القطط والكلاب البرية والحيوانات الضالة: (سيتم فرض رسوم البلدية بشكل منفصل)
• الآفات التي تتغذى في المقام الأول على النباتات في الهواء الطلق ، والآفات الزراعية
• النباتات والحيوانات داخل المبنى المتفق عليه

• سيقدم فنيو مقدم الخدمة مجموعة من التوصيات عند الانتهاء من كل زيارة للسيطرة على علامات تواجد الآفات والقضاء عليها. وقد تشمل هذه الأنشطة تنظيف الأصول وتخزينها وصيانتها. يجوز لمقدم الخدمة إنهاء العقد إذا فشل العميل في تنفيذ هذه التوصيات في الوقت المناسب

• يلتزم مقدم الخدمة بتقديم المنتجات والخدمات التي تلبي متطلبات العميل بالكامل.
• تتوافق العروض مع جميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها التي وضعتها السلطات المحلية.
• سيتبع مقدم الخدمة مبادئ الإدارة المتكاملة للآفات (IPM) ويلتزم بمدونة قواعد السلوك وفقا للخدمات الوطنية لإدارة الآفات.
• سيضمن مقدم الخدمة التحكم الكامل في عملياتنا وسجلاتنا لجميع الأعمال التي يتم القيام بها بما في ذلك ، عند الاقتضاء ، قياس الأداء مقابل أهداف الجودة أو البيئة أو الصحة والسلامة المحددة.
• سيقدم مزود العرض MSDS والموافقات التنظيمية المحلية لجميع المواد الكيميائية المستخدمة في خدماتنا.

• سيضمن مقدم الخدمة السيطرة على جميع الآفات خلال فترة العقد.
• في حالة وجود اصابات جديدة بالحشرات و الآفات خلال فترة العقد ، يجب على العميل إخطار مزود الخدمة الذي سيقوم باتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة. إذا كانت هذه الحالات ناتجة عن عدم تنفيذ توصيات مقدم الخدمة ، فقد يؤدي ذلك إلى فرض رسوم إضافية على الخدمات الإضافية.
• أي ضرر يلحق بأصول العميل الحالية بسبب نقص المعلومات المقدمة من العميل سيكون على حسابه الخاص.

لن يكون مقدم الخدمة مسؤولا عن تغطية أي زيارات فاشلة بسبب مشاكل الدفع المعلقه بالعميل . بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، يتعين على العميل تسوية الرصيد المتبقي قبل مواصلة الزيارات.
